🧩 What We’re Looking For

• Must be based in São Paulo – SP (capital).
• Ability to produce videos end-to-end: from shooting to post-production.
• Proactive mindset to suggest creative concepts, visual solutions, and narrative approaches.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to transform scripts and ideas into impactful, conversion-optimized videos.
• Advanced proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio capture.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of direction, framing, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Proven experience with high-conversion videos (VSLs, ads, institutional content).
• Own equipment for filming and editing.
